Cancel 7 or more days before your pickup and we'll refund 100% of your deposit, minus a 5% processing fee. Cancel between 3 and 7 days out and we'll refund 50%. Cancellations within 48 hours of pickup are non-refundable, but we may offer a credit toward a future rental at our discretion. No-shows are non-refundable with no credit.

One free reschedule is available if requested and approved 48 or more hours in advance. Rescheduling requests with less than 48 hours notice are subject to a $100 rescheduling fee.

We don't refund for weather unless we cancel the rental on our end (unsafe conditions, closed trails, etc.). In that case you'll get a full refund or a date swap, your call. No refunds for early returns.
